How to make customs for transit shipment

(One) What is the transit of goods?

Transit goods belong to the goods under customs supervision.

Specific means:

1 From entry to entry, apply to the customs transit, to another site located off the goods for import customs procedures.

2 At the place of shipment to handle export formalities tothe exit, the exit customs supervision by the release of thegoods.

3 From within the territory of a site located off transport toanother site located off, shall be subject to customs supervision of goods.

(Two) For transit goods declaration formalities.

1 In transit goods within the territory of the carrier, should apply for the registration to the customs and bear the relevant responsibility.

(1) Registration of enterprises, means of transport anddrivers to the location or the competent customs, the customs deems it necessary, the carrier shall provide a financial guarantee to the customs, bank guarantee orother methods approved by the customs guarantee.

(2) The carrier shall go through the registration formalitiesshall submit the following documents:

Issue A. The administrative department for Industry and commerce enterprise business license copy or photocopy;

The photocopy of the traffic management departmentissued the B. transport vehicle driving permit;

C. Driver's license photocopies (ship can be exempted from inspection);

D. The carrier transit goods application form. After examination and approval by the customs registration certificate issued by the relevant approval.

In 2 for transit transport procedures, the applicant shall, in accordance with the provisions of the customs, truthfully declare to the customs, and submit the following documents:

(1) The import customs. To the customs to fill in the "people's Republic of China Customs importtransshipment cargo declaration form" in three copies(cargo international transport railway truck loading listthree copies), and submit the relevant certificates anddocuments. To apply for to belong to apply for import licenses for transit goods, should be made prior to the designated Customs inspection of import license, after approved by the designated Customs Transit goodsissued by the import link list and letters to the applicant atthe customs. Trans customs cargo air transport and international air waybill refers to the same destination, canfill out the "declaration by the Customs on the waybill,stamped with" goods under customs supervision seal.

(2) Export transit. Shipment should be to the customs of the people's Republic of China Customs reported "single"go through the customs declaration formalities, customs inexports of goods according to the provisions of the place of shipment customs return receipt.

(3) The import of transit goods, transportation tools to declare imported from the date of customs entrydeclaration within 14 days transit transport procedures,the relevant goods since arriving at the customs shall handle the import formalities within 14 days from the date of delivery, more than the above deadline imposed by the customs according to the provisions of sluggish newspaper gold. The import of the goods transited between customs offices, not more than three months tothe designated Customs declaration from the means of transport from the date of entry, processing by the customs in accordance with the provisions of the "Customs Law of the people's Republic of China".

(4) Bonded warehouse the goods transited between customs offices shall apply, except for normal import and export goods bonded warehouse procedures, according to the above (1) the relevant provisions of the "customsimport import" fill in the customs entry declaration, and in the "designated place" column indicate that the goods willstored in the bonded warehouse name, no longer fill in theimport and export goods declaration.
